**Before booking, please read the terms and conditions below. By booking, you
acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms. Rainy weather
rescheduling will be at the photographers discretion and availability.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations/Rescheduling
1.1-Cancelation of the session will result in full forfeiture of payment.
1.2- Unfortunately, if for ANY reason you miss, cannot attend or are late to your session by more than 5 minutes, the full fee is forfeited, session cancelled and will not be refunded. Rescheduling is not possible for this session.
1.3-Failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in less final images and less session time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your session will be canceled without refund.
1.4-Dogs are not welcome to attend this session.
Workflow and Turnaround Times
2.1-You acknowledge that you have viewed the advertising materials and agree that your images will be of reasonable similar appearance.
2.2-Requests for adjustments outside the usual scope of Leigh Reynolds Photography's editing style will incur additional fees.
2.3-Selection of images is to be completed either via Zoom chat or in-studio at Thornton and will be scheduled within 7 days of your shoot. After this time, if no effort is made to select your images, Leigh Reynolds Photography will select the final images on your behalf.
2.4-All final images chosen by the client will be edited and delivered in JPEG format via downloadable link within 2 weeks of your shoot date.
2.5-The client acknowledges that Leigh Reynolds Photography owns the images and copyright to all photographic works and the images may not be altered, sold or reproduced for monetary or commercial purposes.
2.6-Leigh Reynolds Photography will hold finished images for 14 days. Download and backup your images within this timeframe to avoid loss.
Expectations of Attendees
3.1-You agree that none of the participants/attendees of the photo shoot will disrespect Leigh or her property. Leigh reserves the right to cancel the session without refund if she is verbally, sexually or physically abused/threatened, or if her property is damaged/destroyed/pulled on/slapped/hit/climbed over/thrown ect.
3.2- You agree that none of the participants/attendees will use personal photographic equipment to photograph or video the session without consent.
3.3-You agree that none of the participants/attendees of the shoot will bring/wear any regalia affiliating them with any gangs.
3.4-Failure to adhere to any of the above conditions will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
3.6-Aditional persons who are not involved in the session will not be permitted entry to the studio as the space is small.
3.6-Suitbale for families of up to 6 and immediate family only (mum, dad, up to 4 kids). Not suitable for 3 or more generations, additional adults, friends, grandparents, cousins, younger siblings (of the parents). If you would like any additional persons involved, please phone or email prior to booking!
